A-Rod knows a good investment when he sees one.
After only five months as the new owner of a luxe Miami condo, the Yankees slugger is flipping his bachelor pad — and he’s hoping to make an extra $1.1 million in the process, Celebuzz has learned.
Rodriguez put down $2.1 million for the swanky 3-bedroom in June, and it looks like after a complete renovation, he’s ready to try his luck in the real estate game.
And it’s a noticeable improvement from the dated and dark (but still classy) digs he originally purchased.

The décor got a serious upgrade by world renowned Briggs Edward Solomon with bold black and white furniture, blond hardwood floors, modern light fixtures and pendant lamps, an eat-in kitchen, flat screen TVs in every room with lounge and dining areas on the wrap-around balconies overlooking the beachfront views.

The mint condition crib has more than 1,700 square feet of space and sits on Millionaire’s Row in Miami Beach in the exclusive Mei building… so, of course, it only comes with A-list amenities like a fitness center, spa, infinity pool, 24-hour concierge and valet parking.
This wouldn’t be the first time the 38-year-old baseball pro pocketed a pretty penny from some prime properties. In May, he sold his breachfront mansion for $30 million after dropping a cool $24 million into building a custom-made spread.
