See celebs who've worn a red dress to fight heart disease.
Today is National Wear Red Day® to raise awareness about the number one cause of death in women, heart disease. Every year, in support of the cause, celebrities don a designer red dress and walk the runway as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

This year, actresses Victoria Justice, AnnaSophia Robb, reality star NeNe Leakes and an injured Lindsey Vonn were among the stars to hit the catwalk for The Heart Truth campaign. Vonn, an American World Cup alpine skier, was forced to drop out of the Sochi 2014 Winter Games due to a re-injury of her right knee, but that didn’t stop her from taking to the stage crutches and all.
