As with every year, the Toronto International Film Festival marks the unofficial start of awards season; Memorial Day for Oscar enthusiasts. Today the festival announced its lineup and it should be a veritable parade of stars looking to kick-start their Oscar campaigns.

Reese Witherspoon will be doing double duty at this year’s festival, promoting both Wild and The Good Lie. Her ex Jake Gyllenhaal will also be at this year’s festival promoting Nightcrawler, his crime thriller that just released its first promo yesterday. Expect to see Steve Carell, Channing Tatum, and Mark Ruffalo this year, coming off major awards buzz for Foxcatcher at Cannes.

And try not to hyperventilate, but, yes, your boyfriend Benedict Cumberbatch will be there too, for The Imitation Game. Will he bring you? Who knows! But don’t make any plans for September.

This Is Where I Leave You, the comedy-drama ensemble piece starring, among others, Tina Fey, Jason Bateman, Jane Fonda, Adam Driver, Corey Stoll, Rose Byrne, and Connie Britton will have its world premiere. As will Jon Stewart‘s first directorial effort, Rosewater.
