Heath won a posthumous Golden Globe award.
It may have been six years since he passed, but Heath Ledger‘s kiss still lingers in Kate Hudson‘s mind.

The Wish I Was Here actress and co-star Zach Braff visited Watch What Happens Live Wednesday evening when host Andy Cohen began taking Hudson on a walk down memory lane, asking her a number of questions that ranged from her favorite on-screen kiss to her movie star crush as a kid.

The 35-year-old actress has had several steamy moments with some super hot studs–including Matthew McConaughey in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Matt Dillon in You, Me and Dupree–but she couldn’t help but remember her kiss with Ledger during their 2002 drama The Four Feathers.

“I would say my favorite was Heath,” she revealed.  “That was pretty excellent… He was just so beautiful and sweet and gentle.  I would say that, you know, I look back at all of the… You know, and that was really… he was lovely.”

“Such a tragedy,” Cohen added about the Oscar winner who was found dead at 28 in 2008 due to an accidental drug overdose.

Hudson, who looked like she was about to cry, responded, “Yeah… So that’s a tough one to answer.”
