Justin Bieber can't follow the rules of the road.
Justin Bieber just can’t stay out of trouble!

TMZ is reporting that Justin was arrested in Perth County, Ontario on Friday, Aug. 29 after a crash between an ATV and a minivan driven by paparazzi. It’s also being reported that there was a physical altercation between Justin and a photographer in the other car after the crash. Justin’s now looking at charges of dangerous driving and assault.

It’s been a bumpy few weeks for Justin. After an incident at Dave & Busters in Los Angeles and then a car accident the next day, Justin went to Canada for what seemed like a “peaceful trip” with on-again girlfriend Selena Gomez. Now, it looks like Justin got into even more trouble on the trip!

Justin and Selena were even seen riding an ATV on the day of the arrest! Do you think she was involved? She even posted an Instagram video of her riding on what looks to be an ATV.

This arrest is a serious problem for Justin because he’s currently on probation for the egg-throwing incident. He’ll have to appear in court later this month, and we’ll have to wait and see if this arrest results in a probation violation.

UPDATE: Justin’s lawyers are now speaking out about the situation. Brian H. Greenspan, one of Justin’s lawyers, told People, “Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez’s peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi. This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved.”

Justin’s other lawyer, Roy Black, told People, “Justin, like many celebrities are continually harassed by police. Their privacy is shredded and these incidents can become dangerous. While the public is not particular sympathetic, they must realize how difficult these cameramen make their lives.”
