The lawsuits are flying!

Dr. Luke is suing Kesha‘s mother. The music producer, has been accused by Kesha of sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abusing her, has filed a lawsuit against her mother, Pebe Sebert, claiming she orchestrated a smear campaign of lies against him and tried to extort him in desperate attempts to get the 27-year-old singer out of her contract with him.

According to the documents, which were obtained by TMZ, Luke claims the showbiz matriarch wanted Kesha to break her contract but because it was so tight, she then fueled her anger over the deal and urged her daughter to spread false claims he raped her in order to “shame” him into letting her out of the agreement.

When Luke refused to back down, he claims Pebe then made it clear they would continue making the allegations against him until he agreed to terminate the contract.

In the suit, the producer – who has already filed a defamation claim against Kesha – claims both the ‘Die Young’ hitmaker and her mother have admitted under oath that he never attacked the star. He is also seeking over $75,000 in compensatory damages and punitive damages.

Earlier this month, Kesha sensationally accused the producer, real name Lukasz Gottwald, of subjecting her to years of emotional and sexual abuse, which led to her 60-day stint in the Timberline Knolls rehab clinic in Illinois earlier this year.

Among her allegations, Kesha claimed he once forced himself on her after making her take drugs and drink alcohol on a flight. She also accused the producer of taking advantage of her in a hotel suite after plying her with drugs.

The “Blow” singer, who sought treatment in rehab for an eating disorder in January, tried to resolve her issues with Dr. Luke privately before she decided to sue him in a bid to dissolve their contract.
