Madonna is having the best week ever!
Just days after her racy Interview magazine photos were released, Madge has been announced as the face of Versace’s spring/summer 2015 collection, which will mark her fourth campaign with the brand.
The 56-year-old starred in her first Versace shoot in 1995 and has since shot three additional campaigns including her latest, for which she was personally handpicked by Donatella Versace herself, giving Lady Gaga the boot.
“Madonna is one of the true icons of Versace,” Donatella said about the singer’s latest project with the brand. “I am thrilled to have my friend and the most powerful and directional artist as the face of Versace for Spring 2015.”
The black-and-white photos for the spread feature an ageless Madonna looking fierce in some of the brand’s most luxuious styles, including a coordinating crop top and skirt and a cut-out leather dress. She pairs the styles with a dark lip and shimmery eyeshadow.
