Meet the people Taylor Swift calls BFFs.
Taylor Swift continues to make history with her new album, 1989!

Billboard just announced that 1989 has made its way back to the top of the Billboard 200 chart. This makes it the album’s 10th nonconsecutive week at the top of the charts. Swift is only the second woman in history to have two albums top the charts for at least 10 weeks.

The only other woman to achieve this is Whitney Houston! Houston actually had three albums that spent at least 10 weeks at the top of the charts. First with Whitney Houston, then Whitney, and then The Bodyguard soundtrack.

Swift’s second album, Fearless, had 11 weeks at No. 1. While her third album, Speak Now, spent six weeks at No. 1, and then Swift’s fourth album, Red, had seven weeks at No. 1.

The 25-year-old singer’s album was released in Oct. 2014, and it’s still at the top of the charts. People just can’t get enough of Swift!

You can see Swift at the Grammys this weekend. While she won’t be performing, she will be in attendance. Swift is nominated for three awards, and she’s presenting Best New Artist.
