Michelle Obama Reveals Post-White House Plans on ‘Ellen’
Believe it or not, life at the White House is not as fancy as you’d think

What’s this?! Michelle Obama just made “mom dancing” look cool?!

FLOTUS rules, and this is just another thing to add to our list of reasons why she’s so cool.

Obama appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to perform Part 2 of “The Evolution of Mom Dancing,” in honor of the 5-year anniversary of Let’s Move! and to promote the #GimmeFive challenge.

Dancing to the tune of “I Like The Way You Move,” the duo brought us some creative new moves like the “Shimmy Twist,” the “Shush and Tush,” the “You Go, Girl,” the “I Can Still Do This Dance Because My Arms Are In Shape,” and the “One Move Behind in Zumba Class.”

Wearing pink sweaters, capri pants and white sneakers (in other words, matching Talbots outfits), Obama still managed to look much cooler than Fallon but we suppose it wasn’t that hard to pull off, since he was wearing a stuff bra and a wig.

They then spoke about their love for music, Obama saying, “I usually just put my earphones in in the car. I’m always listening to music. That’s the way I kind of settle myself.”

Fallon explained he’s been listening to a lot of The Wiggles. “I have two little babies,” he said.

Obama confessed, “Now I’m at the stage where my kids [Malia and Sasha] are introducing me to music and they’re like, ‘You don’t want to hear this, Mom. The language is too bad.'”

She said with a laugh, “You’re still in the good stages. They still like you now, so hold onto that.”

Fallon asked her, “Are you the good cop or the bad cop in the parents?”

She answered:

We’re both pretty equal. That’s the one thing I love about my husband [President Barack Obama]. Even though he travels, he comes in. He can enforce. But the other day, the girls were trying to clue him in to what a group chat was on text. He didn’t know! So we’re sitting around the dinner table and they all kind of looked at him, and Malia said, ‘Oh, Dad…you’re so detached.’ So enjoy this time.
