The Chicago Bears quarterback donated an autographed football to a pet adoption charity auction, and it didn’t get a single bid.
The auction at Chosen Man’s Best Friend and Factor Felines fashion show and charity event was held on March 26th. A couple days later, it was anonymously sold as its starting price of $100 by a man who said he wanted to give it to his son.
Apparently the crowd wasn’t really a “football crowd” to begin with. The Anti-Cruelty Society president, Dr. Robyn Barbiers, told the Chicago Tribune, “When it came back, I was surprised it didn’t go, but I didn’t think it was because of who signed the football,”
We’re happy to report that the signed Jay Cutler football has found its forever home! Thanks to our anonymous donor for…
Cavallari, 28, and Cutler, 31, married in June 2013 and have two children, Camden Jack and Jaxon Wyatt. The former reality TV star may be a long way from Laguna Beach, but she sure is living the life of a football player’s wife in Chicago (even if animal lovers aren’t his biggest fans).
