Jessica Alba may very well break your balls during a business meeting.
Alba, admitted that her temper often takes centre stage when she’s making managerial decisions about her multi-million dollar business, the Honest Company.
The company makes organic paint, mattresses and is currently planning an additive-free tampon range.
“Sometimes, I’m a little more iron fist than velvet glove,” Alba told More magazine.
“I’m straight to the point. I’ve made people cry.”
“I have to say, ‘This isn’t personal. This is what needs to get done and it’s just as simple as that. And… we’re not crying anymore.'”
“I’m learning to tone myself down,” she added.
In the interview, Alba pretty much disses Hollywood. “Being an actress is like a vacation,” she says. “Business is relentless. People work hard here. It’s nice to be around people who are so committed.”
Don’t look for Alba to return to the big screen anytime soon. “Content is good because I wasn’t always,” she reveals. “I was kind of unsatisfied and angsty. It’s nice shedding the angst.”
