Is Khloé Kardashian going for a whole Sister Wives type of thing?

In an upcoming episode of Ellen, the reality star acknowledges the very “unique” situation she’s in as she continues to date NBA star James Harden even after calling off her divorce with Lamar Odom. Speaking with host Ellen DeGeneres, the 31-year-old explains that both men have been very understanding of the arrangement, which came to place after Odom, 36, hospitalized from an apparent overdose.

“I’m there helping him and I love him and I’ve always loved him,” Kardashian says of Odom, going on to explain why she withdrew her divorce papers during his treatment. “And that will never change and I just feel like it’s a really insensitive thing to fast forward a divorce.”

She continues, “But I love him and I always will and he’s a fantastic person who deserves support and love and for someone to be by his side and for me I’m that to him. And Thank God I have a fantastic family who loves me and loves him just as much. And they’re so supportive and they’re with me and I have a great boyfriend who’s understanding.”

According to Kardashian, Harden, 26, is totally fine with his girlfriend staying married to her ex.

“It’s definitely a very unique situation, to say the least,” Kardashian explains. “I mean, we have to communicate a lot. And he’s really supportive and great. I think the press and everything they make it more complicated. I think inside our circle we know exactly what’s going on and I feel sometimes it’s crazy that I—yes, we live so much of our life in public—but that I have to explain every step when that’s kind of frustrating.”

I’m just gonna say I’m like part of Polygamy now,” she jokes. “I have a husband. I have a boyfriend. That’s a way easier thing to say. Right?”

Previously, Kardashian told Redbook that she’s “still married for a multitude of reasons. But intimacy is not one of them.”

“I still have a great deal of love for him. That doesn’t mean I have to be by his side all the time,” she said of Odom. “[He’s] doing better every day for sure — which is a blessing — but it’s going to be a long road. And he has to walk that road. He has to walk that road, it’s going to be a long time.”
