The couple, who called it quits in July after photos of Disick with another woman in the South of France surfaced, have been spotted hanging out a lot as of late, most recently on a shopping trip with their sonMason during Thanksgiving weekend.
A source revealed to E! news today (Dec. 2), “Scott has been integrating back into the family and things are going really well. They’re a family unit again. When Kourtney talks about them, she says ‘We.’ It’s no longer just her and the kids. It’s all of them.”
“He has really picked up the slack on daddy duty,” the source commented. “He’s committed. He’s helping with the kids and everyone, Kourtney included, sees how much he’s trying.” As a result, the source says, “There is no question the family is back together.”
Of course, with New Year’s Eve coming up and Scott’s club promotional obligations, Kourtney is reportedly concerned that her partner of nine years will relapse into his party boy behavior (again).
“Kourtney may join Scott in Las Vegas for New Year’s. It’s open for discussion. There’s a chance she’ll go with him.Everyone—Kourtney included—would prefer he not do it. But it’s something he has to do because he blew off so many appearances with them. He owes them. Kourtney understands it’s part of the business side of things.”
And if Kourtney chooses to not go along with Scott, the source says Scott will “be very, very closely watched when he’s there.”
“They’ve always loved each other,” the source added. “And she let him back into the family.”
Just last night, Kourtney’s mom(ager) Kris Jenner posted a photo on Instagram in dedication to Scott, captioning it, “This is one of the true loves of my life… Feel so blessed to have him as the baby daddy to my Grandkids… You are amazing @letthelordbewithyou and I love you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ #proudmama #memories #family #youareeverything”
And weeks prior, Scott and Kris had a friendly dinner at Nobu amidst news that she was hoping for his and Kourtney’s reconciliation.
Certainly with the support of her mom and sisters, Kourtney is slowly taking Scott back in.
