Nooooo! Say it ain’t so!
Both Rose and Dahl, a fashion designer, have unfortunately confirmed the sad news and even broken their silence on social media. *sobs*
@FAIRCLOTHSUPPLY remains very dear to my heart. I will forever treasure our time together. I’m a better person because of all we shared.

@RubyRose you have brought me to my best and I will always love you. I can’t wait to see what the future brings for us.

Rose, 29, also wrote on Facebook, “Phoebe remains very dear to my heart. I will forever treasure our time together. I’m a better person because of the time we shared. They say, “it’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.” I’m lucky to have had the chance to love her.”
Dahl, 27, told Us Weekly on Monday (Dec. 14),
After two wonderful years together, Ruby and I have decided to part way. While we still love each other and support each other in every way, it is our mutual decision to part ways. Our break is not the result of any media speculation, and we want nothing but the best for each other. Thank you for respecting our privacy in this very difficult time.
According to an E! news source, “It’s completely amicable and they wish each other the best.” Because they share pets, the source says they’re still figuring out custody.
E! further reports that because the duo had to spend so much time apart for work, distance put a strain on their relationship.
The Orange Is the New Black star and the fashion designer (who also happens to be Roald Dahl‘s granddaughter) announced their engagement in March 2014 after dating for three months. Rose had previously confessed that Dahl turned down her proposal three times before changing her mind and asking her to marry.
