Kristin Cavallari is done having kids.
According to the former The Hills star, she’s not planning to expand her family after welcoming three children — sons Camden and Jaxon and daughter Saylor — with husband Jay Cutler. For Cavallari, she think her Chicago Bears quarterback hubby should be the one to take action when it comes to birth control.
“We’re taking permanent [birth control] measures. We’ll just leave it at that,” she says in an interview with SiriusXM’s Conversations With Maria Menounos, referring to a vasectomy.
“My philosophy is, we have to push the babies out. We are the ones who have to go through everything. So you can do one little thing and get snipped,” Cavallari explains. “[I’ve] pushed three babies out the old hoo-ha. I’ve done enough.”
Cavallari, 29, and Cutler, 32, married in 2013. They initially called off their wedding in July 2011 but reconciled in November 2011. Recently, Cavallari claimed that couples therapy was what helped the two decide to reunite and get married.
“One hundred percent, I think it saved our relationship,” she told Us Weekly., adding that they still see a therapist today. “It’s the best. And I think it’s so good for each person individually as well. I realized why I react certain ways to certain things, and you learn great tools for communication, which is the most important thing I think. And so, yeah, I 100 percent credit our therapist.”
