Khloe Kardashian‘s hot body is front and center on the cover of the May 2016 issue of Shape, and she’s breaking down exactly how she maintains it. It’s clear to anyone who keeps up with Kardashian, that she’s a bonafide gym rat, but anyone who’s ever been on a fitness journey knows changing your body is 20% exercise and 80% what you eat. Kardashian already revealed going dairy free completely changed her body, but if she’s not eating fat-free yogurt and low-fat cheese, what exactly is she eating?
According to Kardashian, her diet is really quite simple, “I am a creature of habit and stick with the same foods.” “I like a banana and almond butter for breakfast, a protein shake after my workout, Chinese chicken salad for lunch, and steamed veggies and chicken for dinner.”
Even though Kardashian is a creature of habit, even she fall prey to cravings, so to make sure she nips them bud, she always carries around packets of almond butter for a snack.
While Kardashian’s diet may be routine, her workout regime is anything but. The TV host works out at least three days a week with trainer Gunnar Peterson and alternates the rest of the days between sister workouts with Kourtney Kardashian, spinning and hot yoga.
