Kylie Jenner is moving on to bigger and better things.
The 18-year-old, who dropped $2.7 million on a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house in Calabasas, Calif. last year, just purchased a much larger property that’s worth almost three times her current home. Moving a bit closer to mama Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian, the makeup maven picked up a new $6 million mansion — $6,025,000 to be exact — in the Hidden Hills neighborhood.
Sitting at 7,040 square feet, the massive residence has a whopping six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Newly built in a private gated community, the swanky abode boasts a formal living and dining room, a bright chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious family room with fireplace, and a large master suite complete with a walk-in closet, a stone bath, a steam shower, and dual sinks. Other amenities include a music system, a butler’s pantry, a refrigerated wine cellar, and a screening room.
On the outside, the impressive estate features lush greenery, a solar heated pool and spa, a covered patio with a barbecue area, fountains, rose bushes, and a four-car garage with epoxy floors. The builders have also left a large concrete space for a potential basketball court, a future elevator location, an electric car charging station, a house generator, and room for a barn or extra guest house. (You know, if Kylie fills up all six rooms in her pad.)
TMZ, who initially reported the news, claims Kylie is already receiving her offers on her old place.
