Kylie Jenner has listed her newly-renovated Calabasas mansion, the same one she bought just over a year ago.
The lip kit queen purchased her 4,851-square-foot starter home back in March 2015 for $2.6 million, and listed it for $3.9 million on June 18, 2016.
That’ll be quite the profit for the already-rich AF 18-year-old when it sells.
Since the five bedroom, seven bathroom home, which was built in 2006, was newly-renovated with Kylie’s interior design ideas in mind (including a custom mural of her own face), here’s some of her interesting, eclectic and “vibey” design choices.
A very goth-chic bathroom complete with skull wallpaper:
A purse and shoe closet (which is basically a given for any and all Kardashian-Jenner member):
A beautiful black, white and stainless steel gourmet chef’s kitchen featuring Viking appliances, quartz countertops, and breakfast nook with courtyard access:
This very cool ceiling wallpaper:
This luxurious bathtub straight out of your dreams:
Other details on the house, from TheOpenHouse.com and Trulia, include: a private gated entrance, a bedroom/glam room, a movie room, intricate crown molding throughout, a covered loggia for outdoor dining, a swimming pool, an outdoor barbecue area, and dual fire pits (one above ground, one below).
Jenner recently made the move from The Oaks to the Hidden Hills earlier this year when she purchased a newly-built $6 million mansion. Her new residence is 7,040 square feet, featuring six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a wine cellar, four-car garage, movie theater and more.
