Although the perpetrators who robbed Kim Kardashian in Paris on Oct. 3, 2016 certainly appeared to be organized and prepared, they might have dropped a piece of the reality star’s jewelry during their escape.
According to TMZ, a platinum-mounted diamond cross, reportedly worth $33,180, was found on the sidewalk nearby the day after Kardashian was bound, gagged and robbed of $5.6 million in jewelry. Of course, if this item was a piece of loot left behind, it pales in comparison to the $4 million diamond ring that they did manage to take with them.
Just two days earlier, the 35-year-old mother of two was photographed wearing a cross necklace (pictured above) while in town for fashion week. Could this be the item in question?
According to TMZ’s sources, the police currently have the cross, which they are checking for traces of DNA that might help in the robbery investigation.
