According to TMZ, Kardashian and Odom reached a property settlement and signed legal documents that were filed on Friday (Oct. 21, 2016).
While it isn’t officially official until the judge signs off on it sometime in December, a source told Us Weekly, “They’re relieved it’s over and ready to move on with their lives.”
It’s been a long road in getting the divorce finalized. Kardashian originally filed in 2013 but withdrew the papers in 2015 to take care of Odom after the NBA player nearly died from a drug overdose. However, this was only temporary, and the reality TV star refiled for divorce in May.
Khloé is currently rumored to be serious with new boyfriend Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson, while Odom, who reportedly had some substance abuse setbacks over the summer, is now “the best he has been in many months,” an insider told Us.
