Are you looking for the perfect fall cocktail?
We have two cocktails that might just fit the bill — Fall Into Italy and The Passport. They should make you feel slightly toasty and are perfect for those cooler fall nights.
Fall Into Italy
3/4 Ounces Averna
3/4 Ounces cognac
3/4 Ounces rum, preferably Appleton
3/4 Ounces fresh lemon juice
3/4 Ounces simple syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Orange slice, to garnish
The drink is shaken but of you have pebble ice/crushed ice at hand you can build in glass and let the ice take care of the dilution. A quick dry shake wouldn’t hurt as well.
1 white vermouth
1 grapefruit juice
Serve in a Collins glass, top with soda, and garnish with orange wedge and cucumbers.
