The Revenge Body host, who was spotted hard at work in Calabasas, Calif., on Wednesday (March 29, 2017), took to her app to reveal her favorite things munch on between meals. “I always keep healthy snacks around my house and in my purse for those moments when I’m feeling hangry,” she wrote. “It helps me avoid reaching for a naughty treat (like the Oreos in my cookie jars).”
According to Kardashian, her go-to treats include Rise Protein Bars, Blue Diamond Almonds, Bonk Breaker Strawberry Energy Chews and 479º Sea Salt Caramel Popcorn. The 32-year-old said she always refuels with Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter Packets after exercising, too.
“Honestly, the Justin’s vanilla almond butter packets are bomb to eat plain but I often squeeze them into my post-workout shakes!” Kardashian wrote.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also keeps Applegate Naturals Turkey Pepperoni in her fridge for sandwiches and snacks. “Applegate is my go-to for sliced deli meats but they also make delicious natural turkey pepperoni,” she shared. “Since I don’t eat red meat or pork, turkey pepperoni slices are the perfect alternative for a yummy source of protein.”
