Owning multiple mansions isn’t enough for Kylie Jenner.
The 19-year-old reality star is reportedly renting out a $35 million estate in Beverly Hills while she renovates the $12 million Hidden Hill house she bought in 2016. According to TMZ, Jenner is splashing out a whopping $135,000 a month to crash at the five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home.
Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet, the massive residence boasts a professional chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, library with its own bar, big-screen home theater and a 300-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar. Upstairs sits a spacious master suite for King Kylie — complete with its own dual walk-in closets and marble bath, in-room bar, fireplace, second-story terrace overlooking the Los Angeles skyline.
I mean, have you seen the selfies she’s taken here?!
Outside on the four acre lot, Jenner’s temporary digs features an expansive pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a shaded by a veranda, mini golf course, professional tennis court and a personal vineyard.
Though this home-away-from-home may seem impressive, it’s still pretty chump change compared to the two-property compound Jenner still owns. Last year, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star purchased a $4.5 million house just months after buying up the $6 million property next door.
