Recently, Chelsea Houska‘s daughter, Aubree, has had some difficulty with her father, Adam Lind. As Aubree had gotten older, she’s grown up with Cole DeBoer as her main father figure, and this has caused some stress between the two dads.
In the latest sneak peek for the newest episode of Teen Mom 2, Aubree reveals some heartbreaking news about how she feels about her parents.
In a recent episode of Teen Mom 2, Aubree began struggling with wanting to see Adam Lind’s family.
“Aubree just said — she was supposed to go to the Lind’s this weekend — she said she doesn’t wanna go,” Chelsea said in the clip. “She said, ‘Can you text Grandma Donna and tell her I don’t want to go this weekend?'”
Chelsea explained that she was worried there was something wrong.
“I was like, ‘Is anything wrong?’ and she said, ‘No, I just don’t wanna go,'” she said.
Cole reassured her that Aubree was just becoming more independent and vocalizing her needs, but Chelsea was still worried. “I feel like this is the first time she’s ever said she doesn’t wanna go,” Chelsea said,
She texted Aubree’s grandma to tell her that Aubree wasn’t going to visit over the weekend, who said it was fine but was also concerned that something was going on that she didn’t know about.
Sometimes we just don’t want to do things, and that’s totally fine! But in the latest sneak peek, we learn more about Aubree’s fears about her dad.
Chelsea’s daughter was worried about who to spend time with if both her dads attended her school’s father/daughter dance.
“Cole’s watching the younger kids today so I can spend some time with Aubree and my friend is meeting us later, but the father-daughter dance is a few weeks away and she mentioned asking her dad to come this year,” Chelsea said in the voiceover.
