Forever & Always
The Bachelor may be in its 22nd season, but that doesn’t love-matching is getting any easier. In fact, joining one man and one women in front of thousands of viewers is getting increasingly harder.
This season’s bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr., 36, can vouch for this, as he seems to have bumped heads with one of his potential lovers. So much so that the women is ready to call it quits. “All my stuff is packed,” she revealed in a promo.
The Last Fight
Things aren’t looking too good for Arie Luyendyk and Krystal Nielson, according to Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek of the Monday, Jan. 29, episode. The potential couple looks like they could have their first — and last — fight.
The preview shows Luyendyk and Krystal getting in some quality time, before Krystal jokes, “aww, our first fight.” In a stern tone, Luyendyk quickly replied, “It could be our last fight.”
Shortly after, the clip shows Krystal heatedly venting in her confessional. “I’m f**king over it. I’m done!” the 29-year-old fitness coach said.
Though, according to what an insider told Us, Luyendyk once thought Krystal was “emotionally ahead of the other women,” he might be singing a different tune now. The preview doesn’t let on about what the couple — who had a connection in the house early on — was fighting about, but Luyendyk did share that someone “put [his] character in question.”
Villain on Set
“It’s all about winning. She wants him to chase her and will do anything to get his attention,” an unnamed source shared about Krystal. She’s been dubbed this season’s villain, for sure, and last week’s episode (Monday, Jan. 22) didn’t help that. Krystal noticeably struggled during a group date with Arie and other girls.
“Krystal gets mad when Arie invites all the women to an afterparty originally meant just for the winners,” reveals a show source. “She calls him a liar, locks herself in her room and refuses to come downstairs.”
The tantrum definitely worked, as Luyendyk ended up leaving the other women to go find him.
