Steelo says that his entire family is mourning the loss
Hundreds of people lose their lives every summer while in the water, many of whom are children. Those large and sparkly pools of water are very attractive to the eyes of children who love nothing more than to go right up to them, but their imbalance can make them fall right in. Children cannot scream for help or splash the water to let the adults know that they need help, and they can drown within seconds. Steelo Brim was visiting with his lovely family when this same tragedy occurred to them. It’s all too common in the U.S.
The ninth season of Ridiculousness just ended, and a tenth will be on the way soon. Viewers have loved watching Rob Dyrdek, Sterling “Steelo” Brim, and Chanel West Coast tear down viral videos for the last few years, and there’s no end in sight for them.
But Steelo may have to take a break as tragedy has struck him to the core.
Steelo’s family was visiting him from Chicago, but things took a tragic and devastating turn when one of the family members quickly lost their lives.
Steelo said to TMZ, “Last weekend, my beloved nephew passed away in a tragic accident. We will miss him dearly and ask for prayers and privacy during this time of mourning.”
On the morning of Friday the 23rd of June, Steelo’s three-year-old nephew was wandering around a North Hollywood backyard that had a pool in it. The child fell in when he wasn’t being watched closely by the adults. It’s unknown how long the child was in the pool, but paramedics were called to the scene to resuscitate him.
