2021 has not been Chris Harrison‘s year.
He was temporarily let go from The Bachelor franchise after Matt James‘s season, and ABC has since confirmed that he will permanently not be returning to host The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise. There’s been a lot of speculation about who might be taking over the role, but for now, the shows have temporary hosts scheduled for the new seasons.
Chris wasn’t going down without a fight and argued for a hefty severance payment. We know ABC did give him the cash he wanted, but we’re unsure if he received his full asking price. But Chris also wasn’t going to let this be the end of his career!
Rumor has it that he’s already plotting his reality TV return with some familiar faces…
