"I *never* would have guessed"
Ever since Tiffany Haddish told an almost too-crazy-to-be-true story about how she once witnessed an unnamed actress bite Beyoncé‘s face at an after-party for a Jay-Z concert, fans have been trying to nail down the identity of the mystery woman who dared to attack Queen Bey. Though some internet sleuths have sniffed out several possibilities, there hasn’t really been a definitive answer as to the would-be assailant. Well, until now.
According to Chrissy Teigen, she knows exactly who sunk their teeth into Bey’s ***flawless visage. As she puts it: “I *never* would have guessed.”
Tiffany Haddish shook us all when she told an almost too-crazy-to-be-true story about how an unnamed actress allegedly bit Beyoncé in the face during an after-party for one of Jay-Z‘s concerts. Since then, the world hasn’t been the same.
In her latest profile with GQ, the Girls Trip star recalled almost getting into it a fellow partygoer last December at one of Bey and Jay’s lavish parties. According to the comedienne, she was able to get a selfie with Beyoncé after promising the “Formation” singer she wouldn’t fight the unidentified woman — who Tiffany described as ” just, like, doing the mostest” — for sinking her teeth into Queen Bey’s ***flawless visage.
“That B***h Is On Drugs”
Though Beyoncé’s rep refused to comment on the shocking anecdote — telling GQ, “I absolutely cannot comment on any of this, as I have no knowledge” — Tiffany claimed the mom-of-three confirmed the now-infamous incident to her that night:
“Near the end of the party … Beyoncé’s at the bar, so I said to Beyoncé, ‘Did she really bite you?’ She was like, ‘Yeah.’ I was like, ‘She gonna get her a** beat tonight.’ She was like, ‘Tiffany, no. Don’t do that. That b***h is on drugs. She not even drunk. The b***h is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.’”
So, who was this woman?
The Cut initially narrowed down two suspects: Barely Famous star Sara Foster or The Best Man actress Sanaa Lathan, who were both in attendance at the concert before the after-party. However, since Tiffany’s story became viral, both stars vehemently denied being the nameless biter.
Sharing a screenshot of an email sent to her publicist asking for a comment on the story, Sara claimed it was “flattering that anyone thinks I could get this close to Beyoncé” in order to bite the Destiny’s Child alum on the face.
Likewise, Sanaa shut down any speculations that she played a part in the encounter, tweeting, “Y’all are funny. Under no circumstances did I bite Beyonce and if I did it would’ve been a love bite.”
