Clare Crawley and Dale Moss have easily one of the most compelling and talked-about love stories in all of Bachelor history.
But the couple gave fans a spark of hope when they announced that their engagement was back on!
… Of course, that didn’t last very long.
Now, they’ve called things off AGAIN, and Clare is throwing shade!

Recently, Clare came to her fans to share some difficult health updates.
“I’m sharing this in hopes that it might help others going through something similar feel not so alone,” Clare posted on Instagram over the holiday weekend. “I feel that this was important to share so I can be a resource for anyone going through this as well. I know how being your own health advocate is hard sometimes, and can feel like an uphill battle.”
She added that she’s happy that she’s been surrounded by supportive people, and wants others to know they’re not alone.
In the video, Clare begins by telling fans that she appreciates that they’ve been reaching out to her since they noticed she hasn’t been very active on social media lately.
“The truth is that I’ve been going through things medically, with my body, that I’ve not had answers to,” Clare said. She explained that not being able to find an answer to her issues has been going on for years, and it has been a terrifying experience for her.
“It’s scary going through something health-wise that you don’t have answers to,” Clare continued. “Whether you’re going through it privately or publicly, it’s scary either way, it’s hard either way.”
She then explained exactly what has been going on with her.
“My skin has been having really bad hives and rash. My whole body is just inflamed and itchy. I’ve had blood test after blood test. That is not my only symptom,” Clare said. “It’s so frustrating. It all came to a head about a month ago when I was at the chiropractor. I have implants, but behind one of them was a big packet of fluid.”
This prompted Clare to get a mammogram, which is when they learned that the breast implants were the main cause of her health issues.
“My body is fighting [my implants],” she said. “My body can’t heal. My body is in fight mode constantly. It’s all making sense.”
And although she loves her implants, she understands that her body and health are infinitely more important.
“I was talking to Dale the other day and he said, ‘Your boobs are not what make you beautiful.’ And it’s the truth. For so long I believed that’s what it would take,” Clare said. “To me, this is the ultimate love story. Is loving my body enough to know this is not what makes me beautiful. My health and happiness is what matters.”
Amid this health scare, fans were interested to hear Clare was getting support from Dale. And that was confirmed when she shared that the engagement was back on.
