Throughout his career, Drake has been linked to multiple women in the industry. And the most interesting part about that is that no woman looks the same. From Rihanna, to JLo, to his baby’s mama, Sophie Brussaux, Drake has a very broad taste in women. Or does he?
In a recent interview, Drake reveals the type of qualities he looks for in the women he wants in his life. Check it out!
During an intimate, sit-down interview with Rap Radar, Drake let fans in on the types of women he’s into.
“I love my space, I love my work, and I love my routine,” he said. “And for me to break that for somebody, it would just have to be a really special person that fits into that puzzle, and that is supportive of the things I’m doing.” He continued, “Have to be somebody that has taste in music. It’d have to be somebody that I get along with so much to the point that when we’re separate, I’m feeling like I can’t function properly without their presence.”
The “God’s Plan” rapper admitted that he’s been close to finding the one, but in the end, it didn’t work out. “I have come across it a few times, I’ve yet to be able to hold onto it, for whatever reason,” he said. “I’m the captain of a ship, and I look behind me, and I see a lot of people on board. Full steam ahead. That’s just how I have to keep rocking for right now.”
Although Drake has yet to find the woman to possess the aforementioned, he’s very hopeful. “Hopefully, I can find somebody that can just stand beside me at the wheel and help me steer while we keep the journey going as opposed to me having to pull over because that person is getting seasick,” he added.
That’s not the only thing Drake opened up about. As we previously told you, the Canadian rapper gave fans an update on where he stands in his beef with Kanye West and Pusha T, and sh*t got real.
During a conversation with Rap Radar, Drake elaborated on where he stands in his beef with Kanye West and Pusha T. As you know (and as we’ve previously stated), the beef between Drake and Pusha shook the hip-hop world during the summer of 2018.
In October 2018, Pusha T sat down with Joe Budden, divulging more information about his infamous Drake diss-track, “The Story of Adidon.” The track, which exposed Drake’s first-born son to the world, created a major riff between Pusha’s producer Kanye West and the Canadian rapper, a fact that Drake touched on during his interview on The Shop.
According to Pusha though, Drake and West’s beef is unwarranted because the G.O.O.D. Music founder did not out Drizzy’s big secret.
