Erika Jayne has been dealing with a lot over the past two years.
As she was set to file for divorce from husband Tom Girardi, a series of legal issues got in the way and he was sued for embezzling his clients. Erika was then blamed as the front-woman to her husband, and had become wrapped up in the situation.
More recently, she was taken to court over a pair of diamond earrings that were supposedly purchased from Tom’s stolen funds, and the verdict is in.
