Since November of 2020, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has had a plethora of issues to deal with in her life.
When Erika set out to file for divorce from her husband Tom Girardi, a series of legal issues got in the way, as he was sued for embezzling money from his clients and ultimately had to file for bankruptcy. Erika had become a target for them to be able to recover their lost funds, resulting in the divorce being put on pause.
Now that Tom is facing off in court over the matter, Erika admits that the situation at hand is taking a toll on her mental health.
