Although Jenelle Evans and David Eason are no longer on Teen Mom due to their fallings out with MTV, but that doesn’t mean the drama in their lives has stopped. In fact, judging by recent reports, just the opposite is true.
Word has spread among fans of the pair’s frightening gun attack, and now reports reveal that their kids witnessed it!
With as much going on in the world as there is, now is the worst time to be arrested. Apparently, David Eason didn’t get the memo.
He was arrested on June 12th for assault with a deadly weapon, according to reports by The Sun.
The arrest warrant the outlet obtained claimed David “did assault” Jenelle’s friend James Spivey “with a deadly weapon, a Springfield handgun, by hitting [him] in the back of the neck and on his back with the handgun.”
Now, the Sun is revealing that a source “close to the situation” has revealed that Jenelle and David’s three-year-old daughter Ensley, Jenelle’s five-year-old son Kaiser, and David’s twelve-year-old daughter Maryssa all “witnessed” the incident as it occurred.
“The kids witnessed the altercation, they were crying,” the insider claimed. “They saw David hit James with the gun. When he hit him in the back, if that gun went off, his kids would’ve been in jeopardy. The kids would’ve been dead.”
They added, “CPS needs to be involved. The kids need to be protected.”
The insider seems to imply that Jenelle was attempting to collect her things and leave.
“She was scared to go alone and she needed help to get her kids and belongings,” they claim.
She took her friends, including James Spivey, to their home and things “took a turn for the worse,” they explain.
“When David came out of the bedroom, he was in a towel. He went back in the room and came out with blue jean shorts and a pistol,” they attest.
They add that the victim “feared for his life” but that Jenelle was “laid back.”
