For a while, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s coparenting arrangement seemed to be working well. Until now. After we reported that Rob Kardashian is now seeking full custody of their daughter, Dream, an official date has been set for the ex-couple to face-off in court.
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna will soon battle it out for full custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Dream. Rob has asked the court to call four witnesses, including his baby’s mom and older sister, Khloé, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The news outlet reports that Rob’s attorney wants to call Rob, Chyna, Khloe, and two of Chyna’s former employees, Lynett Sluis and J.T.Milby, to testify on the stand. Rob wants his current visitation and custody order changed to give him full custody of Dream. In January, Rob requested that Blac Chyna get tested for alcohol and drugs. According to the only male Kardashian, he believes Chyna is using drugs in Dream’s presence.
Rob also alleges that the mother of his child solely knocks back an entire bottle of Hennessy and gets violent when she’s drunk. Khloé backed her bro up, alleging that Dream’s behavior is a bit more aggressive after the toddler spends time with her mom.
Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, responded to Rob and Khloé’s claims, saying that the brother and sister are “malicious and vindictive” in trying to “take away” Dream from Chyna.
Rob is asking the judge to gain full custody and change Chyna’s visitation to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. As far as the other Kardashians, they don’t wanna beef with Chyna anymore. They support Rob but no one wants to be in the middle of the mess.
“The Kardashians really keep their true feelings on Blac Chyna and the situation with Rob to themselves [within the family],” a source told Hollywood Life.
