Surrogate Tells All
Kim Kardashian‘s surrogate just broke her silence.
La’Reina Haynes — who carried the reality star’s third child, Chicago West, for nine months — made her big television debut on the season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Though she opted to have her face hidden in shots to maintain her privacy, the mother-of-two didn’t hold back when it came time to talk about her experience as a gestational carrier.
When Moms Meet
“I like being pregnant. I know it sounds really weird,” she said. “The pregnancy itself, you know, it just feels natural, like I’m supposed to do it.”
On the episode, the surrogate particularly bonded with Kylie after realizing they were only one month apart. (As fans know, the 20-year-old Life of Kylie star gave birth to her daughter, Stormi Webster, on Feb. 1 — just weeks after Chicago was born.)
“This is so beautiful,” Kylie gushed when she was introduced to her older sister’s surrogate. “This is amazing.”
“Thank you,” La’Reina replied. “I’m so proud of doing it in general. Like, with all the women who do have pregnancy issues, that put so much trust in people like me, it’s amazing. It’s already a big deal.”
