Kris Jenner is being sued by her former bodyguard! He has accused her of sexual harassment, but the Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch has denied the allegations.
We all know Kris can be a bit of a loose cannon when it comes to jokes, but did she take it too far this time? Her former employee has also accused her of making homophobic and racist remarks.
Who do you belive?
Us Weekly hs confirmed that Kris Jenner is being sued by her former bodyguard for sexual harassment.
Marc McWilliams claims he was “subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances” while employed by the family. He says the harassment began in May 2017.
According to court documents obtained by Us, Kris made overtly sexual comments toward her bodyguard, commented on his physical appearance, asked about his romantic life, and suggested they “engage in a romantic and sexual relationship.”
McWilliams clams that Kris touched him in an inappropriate way, which he brought to the attention of the security company he was employed by. He also claimed Kris made “lewd suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory comments at him and his co-workers.”
He was suspended from his position in September 2018, but continued to serve as the security guard for her daughter, Kourtney Kardashian before being fired altogether.
On Wednesday, September 30, Kris Jenner’s lawyer shut down the allegations and claims they are completely false.
“Kris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately toward Marc McWilliams. The security guard worked outside the house and he never even went into Kris’ house,” her attorney, Marty Singer, told TMZ. “Kris had very little interaction with him. After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while on the job, the security company was asked not to assign him to work there in the future.”
The news of the lawsuit comes after the Kardashian family announced the end of their show.
