Most expectant moms spend their time decorating their baby’s nursery. Kylie Jenner? She’s building an entirely new house!
The 20-year-old reality star, who is expecting her first child — rumored to be a girl — with rapper Travis Scott, has plans to turn an empty plot of land in Hidden Hills, Calif., into her lavishly designed dream home.
According to documents issued in December and obtained by TMZ, Kylie’s new home will include a first floor that sits at 9,187 square feet with its second story at 5,304 square feet.
The sprawling estate will also feature a two huge garages — one at 1,200 square feet and another 1,468 square feet — and a 1,836 square feet covered porch. The permit also approves construction for a cabana by an outdoor pool.
Another building document calls for a for a retaining wall and one for the foundation.
In total, the permits value construction to cost a whopping $2.37 million! However, given the makeup mogul’s expensive taste in the finer things, it’s hgihly likely she’ll spend much more than the estimated price for her private compound.
Living in Luxury
As previously reported, Kylie dropped a cool $5 million in cash on a 1.5 acre lot in the ritzy neighborhood last fall. Close to hiking and horse trails, the empty piece of property sat next to her current $12 million mansion, which stands at 13,200 square feet with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The pricey purchase turned her entire crib into one gigantic 3-acre personal paradise.
Prior to that, the mom moved into a $6 million residence in the same area before plunking down $4.5 million on the adjacent house. She initially had plans to turn the latter property into her home office, but later rented it out to Rob Kardashian and his then-girlfriend, Blac Chyna, when the couple welcomed their daughter.
The lip kit queen also owned a $2.7 million starter home in Calabasas when she first moved out on her own. She made a pretty penny off its sale when she unloaded the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom digs for $3.15 million in July 2017.
