Finally, some new drama! Bravo announced that Lala Kent‘s fiancé Randall Emmett will appear on the new season of Vanderpump Rules. It has not gone unnoticed that Emmett has never been introduced on the show, even though Kent doesn’t stop talking about her man. And unless you live under a rock, you’ll remember the drama that happened between Lala, Randall, and 50 Cent (sorry Fofty).
So will we get to see that drama unfold on television this season?! The timing seems right, and all signs may be pointing to yes.
Back in April, 50 Cent and Emmett got into a public feud over money. Apparently, Emmett borrowed $1 million from Fiddy and the “P.I.M.P.” rapper demanded he get his money back within days. Not only did 50 out Emmett on social media, but he also posted several memes aimed toward Kent. And that’s not all. The rapper also went as far as posting screenshots of text messages from Emmett pleading to end their beef.
Things quickly cooled off between the threesome. Once 50 received his money, he deleted all of the posts. “I got my money, so I have no problem with @randallemmettfilms in fact I’m wishing him and his family a very blessed day. Positive vibes now guys. LOL.”
But we all know Lala Kent isn’t someone who lets drama simmer, and she reignited the fire when she went on Watch What Happens Live.
The Vanderpump Rules star claimed she had a “receipt” proving that she “dinged” 50. The rapper soon fired back and posted a photo of Kent on Instagram with the caption, “Then he falls in LOVE with the h*e, and they live drunk and high happily ever after. Shut up b*tch, you started with the wrong person good night.”
Kent, who just recently celebrated a year of sobriety, emotionally took to Instagram to defend herself against 50’s accusations:
I feel it’s important for me to say this and I’m only going to address this once. My sobriety is something I’m proud of and work on everyday. I’ve never done cocaine nor were any other substances, other than alcohol, involved in my decision to get sober. I pride myself on being open and honest about everything in my life, hopefully inspiring others and letting them know they are not alone. The past couple of days I’ve been slammed to say the very least. People have asked me how I’m maintaining keeping my head up. To me it’s simple — I know real life from the illusion of social media. I know what it feels like to have your world crumble. Getting a phone call from your brother saying your dad has passed away … that is earth shattering. Being called names and being falsely accused of things … that is far from earth shattering.
So will the couple try to clear their name once and for all on the Vanderpump screen?
Bravo announced that Emmett will *finally* appear on screen!
When the trailer dropped at BravoCon, people were thrilled. Lisa Vanderpump has made it known that she wanted Kent’s fiancé to appear by her side.
“I think he should actually be present in her life on the show because I think he’s an integral part of her life. So I think that’s something she should deal with at some point,” she said last season.
Kent seems thrilled that her man is joining her as well, and watch the trailer up next!
