This is the year of Shannon Beador. The Real Housewives of Orange County continues to win, win, win, which includes her most recent court victory against her ex, David Beador, as their nasty court battle rages on.
Shannon Beador is the divorcée all divorcées strive to be. The Real Housewives of Orange County star has lost weight, got and dumped a new boyfriend, and now has another legal victory under her belt. The 53-year-old met with her ex, David Beador in court on Monday, July 9, and was awarded over $10,000 a month in spousal support.
The mother of three will be getting $12,000 a month for child support for their three daughters— 16-year-old Sophia and 13-year old twins Stella and Adeline — and David will also be paying the newly single reality TV star’s attorney fees, which are around $10,000.
Shannon’s attorney, John Benedict Phillips, revealed at the hearing that he and Shannon received a report from a forensic accountant, who went over David’s and Shannon’s financial records. Both sides, as well as the forensic accountant, agreed to meet with a retired judicial officer, who will preside over a mediation hearing to hash out the details between the two.
If Shannon and David don’t come to an agreement, they’ll meet again in October.
Though she filed for divorce in December, it wasn’t until March of this year that Shannon was finally awarded joint legal and physical custody of their three daughters as well as the non-taxable, temporary child and spousal support.
