It’s stressful to have your life constantly documented, and over the course of the Teen Mom franchise, many of the stars have struggled with keeping their weight at a manageable level. Let’s take a look at some of the transformations we’ve witnessed recently.
Now, Tyler is sharing a whole new journey with fans: his weight loss struggles! Last June, he posted a shirtless selfie and wrote, “Hard work is paying off! It’s been 6 months since completely changing my eating habits, I dropped 40lbs & now it’s time to cut it all up with these workouts, BOOM! #CrushingThesePersonalGoals#ItFeelsGreat.”
Tyler has been documenting the process every step of the way. “To be honest I didn’t even want to take a before picture, because I was already thinking of me not sticking with it & then having the evidence of failure to look back on. But DAYYUMM dude! This got me feeling some type of way right now! Left picture was almost 5 weeks ago & right picture was today. Eating healthier just feels better & obviously looks better hahaha lol BOOM! #LifestyleChanges #Goals.”
It’s obvious that Catelynn has been pretty excited about her man’s new look as well. She showed off his body on her Twitter, hashtagging, “#MyMan” and “#GetHome.” Tyler posted another picture on Instagram as well, writing, “Finally getting my abs back!”
Fans will recall that Catelynn has also struggled with her weight in the past, but she has publicly stated that she isn’t planning on putting a great deal of effort into weight loss until she and Tyler are finished having children.
It looks like that won’t be anytime soon, as the couple recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl!
